A guide produced by the Citizens’ Movement in collaboration with the NGOs Transparency International Greece and the Citizens’ Union Paremvassi, co-funded by the EU.
The guide uses simple, but precise language to explain the European Convention on Human Rights, while also presenting the relevant provisions of the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights, giving the ordinary citizen a comprhensive view of the European stance on basic rights and freedoms. Finally, it offers instructions for persons wishing to petition the European Court of Human Rights.
