ELIAMEP, IOBE, KANTOR, the Citizens Movement, Transparency International – Greece and Megaron Plus  organised a public event on ‘The Greek Constitution and Constitutional Reform’. Speakers were Georgios Dellis (Professor, University of Athens),  Andreas Drimiotis (Civil engineer, Business counselor), Elias Nikolakopoulos (Professor, University of Athens) and Filippos Spiropoulos (Professor, University of Athens). President (ad Hon)  of The  Council of State of Greece,  former Prime Minister and Vice-President of Citizens Movement Panagiotis Pikramenos moderated the discussion. The event took place on 21 November 2013 at 19:00 at the Megaron Hall.
